Alaska Snow Crab
Alaska Snow Crab has a unique flavor, noted for its sweetness and snowy white meat it projects an image of simple elegance with a broad range of versatility.

The different product cuts like claws, clusters, whole legs, split legs, or lightly scored "Snap "N Eat" sections add to the variety of serving ideas. Snow crab can be steamed, sauteed, broiled or microwaved. It can be a stand-alone item with dipping sauces, paired with steak as a "surf & turf" meal, served as an appetizer, or added to soups and salads. Its simple elegance is pure delight not to mention its delicate sweet, mouth watering flavor.

Alaska crab fishermen brave wild and cold winter seas of the North Pacific and Bering Sea to bring this most amazing harvest to you. It is one of the most dangerous occupations in the world. View Karen Ducey's photographic journal at the National Geographic website, "Mining Crab In Alaska" depicting just some of the conditions crab fishermen endure.

Once harvested it is cleaned, cooked and immediately frozen to preserve its fresh-caught natural flavor and texture. Since it is cleaned and pre-cooked, it is ready to serve after thawing. Alaska Snow Crab is always available fresher-frozen throughout the year. It is low in fat and calories yet high in protein, good for health-conscious consumers.
