King Crab

Blending snow crab with a minimum of seasons, just a bit of mayonnaise
and sour cream combined with a touch of mustard shows off its fresh briny
sweetness. These crisps heaped with snow crab will disappear quickly at any
party.
Grill the bread, or toast it in a 350F oven until the bread is golden
brown. Using a fork, in a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour
cream, mustard, and 2 tsp. of chives. (reserve some for garnish) Season to
taste with pepper. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat
mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives and serve. Serves 8 |
