BEER-STEAMED SNOW CRAB
4 Alaska Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary
3 1/2 quarts water
1 can (12 oz.) beer
Cider vinegar
French fries or oven fries

In a large pot, bring water and beer to a boil. Add Snow Crab and cook 5 minutes, until well heated. Remove crab from pot. Serve with a shaker of cider vinegar and French fries or oven fries, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
