2 (6 oz. each) Alaska Sablefish steaks,
thawed if necessary
lemon wedges
Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and honey. Marinate sablefish
in soy mixture about 1 hour; turn after 30 minutes. Broil 4 inches from
heat, allowing 10 minutes cooking time per inch of thickness measured at
its thickest part or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Garnish with lemon wedges. Makes 2 servings. Recipe may be halved or
doubled.
* 1/4 tsp. ground ginger may be substituted.
