DSFU encourages YOU, our members, to contact your legislators expressing your thoughts about matters that concern your fishery. Our policy is to express ourselves politely and professionally. We ask you to address the ISSUES not attack the legislator personally.

When emailing, to more efficiently direct your inquiry, we suggest you select a topic or subject line of "Fisheries" or "Labor" or "Agriculture" or "Environment" to expedite your email to the proper staff person. They usually have daily contact with your elected official.

We believe emailing is a valuable tool to deliver your message to your legislator(s). They will listen if enough of you take the time to send a fax or email. We hope this list helps you find the legislator(s) you are looking to contact.
